“Fair Go Guarantee” – it’s our commitment to you.

We all like to be treated fairly and can smell bullsh*t a country mile away. So we put our heads together and laid down our

Fair Pricing
We do our best to sell for the best price while also staying in business. You’re not going to be ripped off, full stop. If we put a product a sale above our already low prices, and you’ve purchased it in the last 30-days, we will send you a voucher to use on your next A247 order.

Happy With It
We want you to be completely happy with your new gear. If you’re not, contact us and we will do our best to make it right. On Atlas 46 gear we also offer a 46-day try it, like it guarantee that covers professional use.

We Don’t Sell Junk
The products we sell are either personally tested or recommended to us by people we trust. If a product fails in the course of its intended use, we will replace it within the manufacturer’s warranty or Australian Consumer Law warranty period, whichever is greater.

Transparent Payment Fees
Would you pay for someone else’s gear? We didn’t think so, then why should you subsidise other people’s payment fees? Credit card payment fees are around 1.75% and installment payments like AfterPay or Zip are between 2-6%. We absorb some of these fees, but pass on a portion of the payment fee in a way that’s fair for everyone. Of course, direct deposit (bank transfer) is always fee free and the best way to save money!

Additionally…
We reserve the right to modify and update the A247 Fair Go Guarantee without notice. Please also see our Terms & Conditions, Refunds & Returns, FAQ and Privacy pages. In no way does anything covered in this guarantee remove any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.
